Terms of sale
In force as of June 13, 2026. These terms of sale govern sales made on the sek.re website.
1. Seller
Sébastien de Bollivier, sole trader (micro-enterprise "Dad Developer"), SIRET 753 375 849 00027, Réunion Island (France). Contact: me@sebastiendebollivier.com.
2. Products and services
- CodeAvecPapa — Quarter (€270 incl. tax): 12 one-hour video coaching sessions, as a parent + child duo, over 3 months, preceded by a kickoff call.
- The Technical Check (€490 incl. tax): in-depth manual review of a site/product, detailed report within 48h, 30-min call, 30 days of email questions and a re-check at 30 days.
- Unstuck: technical unblocking sessions (single or pack), booked and paid online.
The essential features of each offer are described on its dedicated page. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French CGI (where relevant).
3. Order and payment
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. The order is firm upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email, containing the client area login credentials, is sent automatically.
4. Delivery
After payment, the client accesses their client area (sek.re/espace) where they complete the required information and/or book their video slot. Coaching and audit services start according to the schedule agreed during the call or upon receipt of the requested information.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has 14 days to withdraw, without reason. For services, if the client expressly requests a start before the end of this period, they acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the service is fully performed, and that in case of partial performance they remain liable for the amount corresponding to the service already provided. 6. Client area and credentials
The credentials provided are personal and confidential. The client is responsible for keeping them safe. If lost, they may contact the seller.
7. Warranties and claims
The seller undertakes to provide services that conform to their description. Any claim may be addressed to me@sebastiendebollivier.com. Failing an amicable resolution, the consumer client may turn free of charge to a consumer mediator.
8. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
9. Applicable law
These terms of sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
