Privacy policy
SEK respects your privacy and limits data collection to the strict minimum. Data controller: Sébastien de Bollivier ("Dad Developer"), me@sebastiendebollivier.com.
Data collected
- Purchase & client area: email, password (stored encrypted/hashed, never in clear text), product purchased, and the information you voluntarily enter in your area (e.g. info about the child for CodeAvecPapa, URL and context for The Technical Check).
- Payment: handled by Stripe. SEK stores no banking data; only billing details passed on by Stripe may be kept.
- Video booking: handled by Cal.com (EU instance).
- Emails: sent via Resend.
Purposes
Fulfill your order, give you access to your area, send you the service-related emails, and follow up on the service. No reselling of data. No advertising profiling.
Retention period
Account data is kept as long as your account is active, then deleted on request. Accounting documents are kept according to legal obligations (up to 10 years).
Processors
Stripe (payment), Resend (emails), Cal.com EU (booking), OVH (hosting). Each applies its own GDPR safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to your data. To exercise them: me@sebastiendebollivier.com. You may also contact the French CNIL (cnil.fr).

sek.re uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Only strictly necessary cookies (e.g. client area login session) are set.
